Digital Photo Competition Rules

Photo Submission

• Maximum of 3 Photos allowed in each monthly competition

• Submission deadline is the Friday midnight before HCPS monthly meeting. No exception

• Late entries will be included in the next month's competition

• Submit photos to email address: hcpsphoto@gmail.com

File Format

• All entries must be in jpg format, Maximum file size is 500k. File size exceeds 500k will be disqualified.

• File name should be: LastNameFirstName_x _mmddyy.jpg

• For example: panjerry_1_121315.jpg, panjerry_2_121315.jpg and panjerry_3_121315.jpg

• Output JPEG file should be in sRGB color space

Prepare Your Photos

• For Landscape format photo, Width to 1024 pixels, Height will be adjusted automatically

• For Portrait format photo, Height to 768 pixels, Width will be adjusted automatically
